FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
- Our Kiddi Mats, when assembled, comes in 70×56 inches in size. For easier reference, you can compare one set to a queen size bed. It comes with 40 triangles and 32 edges that are 1cm thick, just the right amount of cushion you need for your little ones.
- Of course, you may! We are sure that you want to keep things in order, so multiple sets can be connected to each other. Number of sets you need will vary on the floor size you wish to cover.
- Your little ones (and yours, too) is our top priority, so we made sure that our Kiddi Mats are guaranteed safe for use. It is tested based on the European Standard Safety of Toys, SGS Testing, and TUV Rheinland testing. No need to worry as it is safe, and non-toxic. No rubbery smells, to cap it off. We promise that!
- On a day to day basis, we recommend cleaning them using toy/surface cleaners. Just wipe it off and you’re done.
- If you want to do some general cleaning on it, room temperature water and soap will do the trick. Just brush it gently, and let it air dry.
- It does come in one standard size per set. You may opt to remove some of the pieces if you’re covering small areas, and place it somewhere else where you need extra protection.

About our KIDDI KARTS
- Our Kiddi Karts come in a package where all of the things you need to assemble it are there already (from screws, mini wrench and even a mini screw driver!). Make sure not to throw away our assembly manual as well. It should be easy peasy once you layout everything before assembling it.
- It’s size is 15×13.5×30 inches. Depth per tray is 3.5 inches. Three trays are included in a set.
- Since our wheel locks are fresh straight from manufacturing, you need to use a little force to lock it.
- Our Kiddi Karts are made of metal, painted with eco-friendly and toxic free paint.
- You may clean it using a dry cloth, or a damp one (plus points for sanitizing it) to ensure it’s safe and sound.

About our KIDDI COUCHES

Our Kiddi Couches are convertible to a comfy sofa lounge where your kids can sit in their playrooms, or sit with you during a movie in the living room.
If you move the back support from the chair, it is convertible to a sturdy desk. It is made of steel frame enclosed with a mattress to ensure that your kids will have a safe and worry-free learning and play time. You can even use it to play hide and seek!

You may use leather cleaners for best results. You may also wipe it with a wet towel, or a towel with neutral cleaner. Towel with warm water and mild soap would also work.
Let it dry in a cool, ventilated place.
If you want to wash the whole leather, you may remove the leather cover through the zipper. The zipper is hidden so your kids won’t easily access it.
DO NOT use strong acid, alkali cleaner, bleach, or ammonia containing cleaners.

Just like toys or any other baby stuff, your kids will outgrow it. It is best used for kids ages 1-5 years old, and will still vary depending on the height of your kids.
Fret not, you can still use the Kiddi Couch and retain the desk as a seat / activity area! We suggest you let your creative mind do its job so you can maximize your Kiddi Couches. We guarantee you that it is value for your money.

About our KIDDI BASKETS
- Great question! We fold it to save you some shipping (because we don’t want you to spend that much on it). To make it a circle, please unfold the basket, and store some stuff in, so that it will take its original circular shape.
- There are three available options for you to choose from – pink, brown and blue pompoms. You may only choose ONE pompom for each basket by clicking a color on the “add-on” section of the product page.
- You can do a handwash in the basket using room temperature water, and let it air dry.
- For your size reference, you may refer to the product description so that you can see the sizes.

About our KIDDI STUDY DESK AND CHAIR
- It is made of beech wood material which is a fine wood material commonly used to make long-lasting furniture.
- You may clean your desk and chair using your toy or surface cleaner.
- Yes! One of the safety features of our Kiddi Study Desk and Chair is the silicone-covered base of the legs which makes it non-slip.
- The chair can carry at max 70kg (as we tested!) so it’s super sturdy and durable.

About our KIDDI COTTON RUGS
- Our Kiddi Cotton Rugs in Curvy and Alphabet designs are 122cm. in diameter. You can measure the “length” of the area you wish to cover if it fits!
- You can do the following:
- Hand wash with room temperature water and mild cleaner.
- Can be dried using machine dryer or hang to dry.
- Be careful to not bleach and not dry clean your rugs.
- We’re sorry about that, but due to hygienic purposes, we won’t entertain exchanges for our Kiddi Cotton Rugs.
- Unfortunately, our Kiddi Cotton Rugs are not non-slip. It is meant for soft play and a great accent to your nurseries and rooms. To secure your rugs, you may put a heavier object on top for it to stay put.
- Since our rugs are made from 100% cotton and each thread is stitched on the base of the rug, your kids will be comfortable to kneel and roll around it! It’s about 15mm. thick.

Shipping and Other Questions
Keep your lines open!
Our shipping schedules for Metro Manila, Cavite and Rizal are as follows:
- Weekdays: 8AM – 5PM
- Saturday: 8AM – 12NN
Usually, we book delivery services like Lalamove for 1-2 items to be shipped. Price ranges from 100-300, depending on your location. If your order reaches 3 items above, we book Lalamove MPV, of which, price ranges from 300 pesos and up, depending on your location.
We will let you know regarding the exact rate of the shipping fee that you will settle with the rider.
Shipping fee is directly paid to the rider to ensure that you receive your items.
We will message you regarding delivery thru Instagram, Facebook or Viber. It would be best that you stay online during these times. If you are not available to receive it, please let us know, or ensure that there will be someone to receive it for you.
We don’t ship via LBC or any other couriers within Metro Manila as it will cost you more.
We take breaks on holidays and Sundays, so there will be no deliveries to be processed during these times. Please expect delays in processing of your orders if there are any sale events or in cases of inclement weather.
Rest assured that we are processing your orders the moment we receive them, and a bit of patience is much appreciated!
If you have selected the pick up option, here are the two pick-up points:
- San Andres Bukid, Manila (near Onyx St.) – open from 8AM-5PM; Monday-Saturday
- Araneta Avenue, Quezon City (very near Mezza Residences) – open from 8AM-5PM; Monday-Saturday.
Note that the exact address of pick up points will be sent right after your payment has been confirmed.
Please message us regarding your pick up schedule and time. We will not accept rush pick ups as we need to prepare your orders first.
Kindly note that pick ups are also scheduled — please inform us one day before your pick up day, and one hour before you go to the pick up locations. For easier coordination, you may contact us on Instagram, Facebook or Viber with your Order Number.
Via AP Cargo
Your large item shipments will be processed thru AP Cargo. Lead time is usually 3-4 days, and will vary depending on your location and weather circumstances as well. You may also opt to pick up your items at any AP Cargo locations.
We ship out every Monday, Wednesday and Friday only. We will send you the waybill in your Instagram / Viber accounts so that you can track your own package.

Your small item shipments will be processed thru Ninja Van. Lead time is usually 3-7 days, and will vary depending on your location and weather circumstances as well.
