We understand that we all make mistakes, and we do, too! So here’s how we will handle things in case you encounter any issues with your items.

  1. All sales are final. We do not accept returns.
  2. For defective items, we strictly impose that customers check their items immediately upon receipt to ensure that the items are in good shape, complete and has no defects.
  3. We will allow item exchanges (in case of defects; defects defined on the per item return policy) 7 days from the date of purchase. If it goes beyond 7 days from the date of purchase, The Kiddi Company has the right to refuse the exchange as written in this statement.
  4. We will not allow exchange of items due to changes in color or item preferences, unless otherwise the item sold to the customer is the last piece in stock, and there are other available colors of the same kind.
  5. We will not accept used items, items with damages due to usage, broken packaging, broken boxes, broken plastic packaging and packages with incomplete parts.
  6. We will only allow parts exchange if in case the part is the only cause of the issue.
  7. We will be requiring customers to send in actual photos of the damages within 48 hours after the date of purchase.
  8. We may require customers to send back the items to us for further checking before agreeing to an exchange.
  9. If the customer reports the damage upon receipt of items and not more than 48 hours after receipt of item, we will be shouldering the shipping fee of the item exchange, to and from The Kiddi Company’s address. If the customer reports the damages after 48 hours and not more than 7 days, the customer will be shouldering the shipping fee, to and from The Kiddi Company’s address.

Kiddi Mats Exchange Policy

  1. Exchange grounds for the Kiddi Mats are the following:
    1. Wrong color shipped
    2. Mismatches in the color
    3. Damaged mat/chipped rubber/tiles are not compatible
    4. Tiles and edge pieces are incomplete
  2. General exchange rules apply.
  3. In case there are tiles that have discrepancies within the same color range, we will be shipping extra tile pieces within 7 days after purchase date.

Kiddi Karts Exchange Policy

  1. Exchange grounds for the Kiddi Karts are the following:
    1. Wrong color shipped
    2. Mismatched color trays
    3. Damaged/dented trays
    4. Chipped off paint
    5. Missing parts, screws, tools
    6. Kart Mobility issues
  2. General exchange rules apply.
  3. In case the other parts of the Kiddi Kart set is in good condition, and there are only parts that are incomplete/damaged, we will be shipping the damaged/missing piece within 7 days after purchase date.

Kiddi Couch Exchange Policy

  1. Exchange grounds for the Kiddi Couches are the following:
    1. Wrong color shipped
    2. Color mismatch on the chair and table
    3. Chip/tear on leather
    4. Broken zippers
    5. Uneven/unstable chair or table
  2. General exchange rules apply.
  3. In case the other part of the Kiddi Couch set is in good condition, and the other part is damaged, we will only be shipping the damaged/missing piece within 7 days after purchase date.

Kiddi Play Pastel Balls Exchange Policy

  1. Exchange grounds for the Kiddi Couches are the following:
    1. Incorrect count of the pastel balls in the package
    2. Damaged/dented balls
  2. General exchange rules apply.
  3. In case the other pieces in the package are in good condition, we will only be shipping new pastel balls based on the number of damaged pieces in the set.

Kiddi Basket Exchange Policy

  1. Exchange grounds for the Kiddi Couches are the following:
    1. Wrong color/size shipped.
    2. Damaged/broken cotton rope stitched (that causes the basket’s instability)
    3. Missing pom-poms/damaged pom-poms
  2. General exchange rules apply.
  3. The Kiddi Baskets should be shipped back to The Kiddi Company’s address for assessment of damages.
